Robert Tamayo Villar, Jr. was born in Cebu City on March 21, 1998, but raised in Metro Manila. He is Robert Villar, Sr. and Noeme Tamayo’s son.
Buboy’s mother, Noeme Tamayo, stated that her two sons are currently at the University of Sto. Tomas (UST) Hospital’s intensive care unit (ICU) in an interview with GMANews.tv.
According to Mrs. Tamayo, 11-year-old Buboy has had a fever for four days, and RonRon, his younger brother, has also had a fever for three days.
The two boys were initially admitted to Manila’s Perpetual Hospital. However, they were eventually sent to the UST Hospital, which has all the tools for treating dengue.
Mrs. Tamayo claimed she was unsure of how Buboy contracted dengue. The young actor felt frail after returning from filming in Lucena, Quezon, on Saturday, August 21.
