Family And Early Life Of Victoire Gouloubi

Victoire Gouloubi grew up in Brazzaville, the Republic of the Congo, in a large family of 15 brothers and sisters.

After finishing high school and specializing in languages, she enrolled in the faculty of law at University.

In 2000, she came to Italy and settled in the Veneto region, where she honed her cooking skills.

After honing her skills in the Veneto region and moving to Milan, she joined the team at Claudio Saber’s 2-star Michelin restaurant.
