Romesh Ranganathan, a comedian, reached a major milestone in his weight loss struggle in 2022.
Ranganathan uploaded his fat-to-fit images on his Instagram account on September 12. “Thanks to all that have shown concern regarding my weight loss,” he captioned the photo.
Being the comic he is, Ranganathan said jokingly, “Don’t worry, my mum is still sending me food parcels; we just reduced it to 4 per week.”

He received many kinds and encouraging remarks from his fans. Whatever the circumstance, people demonstrated their enduring admiration for the comic.
His transformation from a teacher to a BAFTA-winning comedian is an example for the next generations.
He became well-known as a comic, but his success suffered as he gained weight. Even though he’s a comedian, his weight has repeatedly caused comedy issues.
Romesh’s mother made fat-shaming remarks about him while he was appearing on Alan Carr’s Chatty Man.

In 2019, Ranganathan’s Father passed away. He then promised to address his weight gain and poor health.
He was first alarmed by his look. In the Guardian, he stated, “My dissatisfaction with how I look means that I tend to wear one or two more layers of clothing than the season dictates.”
Even for a non-celebrity who spends most of their time in front of the camera, weight gain is a concern.
Ranganathan had a tough time since people constantly made fun of him. The man stated, “Social media is brutal.”
He acknowledged that his greed was what caused him to gain weight. He clung to junk food with no letup.
He once consumed four giant loaded doughnuts at once. He thus started by limiting his food. However, the comedian’s inability to control his desire to eat anything he wanted made it difficult.
Romesh Ranganathan Diet And Workout
The comic struggled from being overweight to being healthy, but he pushed himself for three years.
The comedian’s restrained eating didn’t help. So he decided to go to the gym. He engaged ‘Adonis’ trainer David to assist him with his workout regimen.
Exercise and circuit training began each day at six in the morning. The free-willed comic found that requiring so much dedication and self-control was exceedingly demanding.
He called off the regularly scheduled meeting and searched for more flexible options. He tried going to the gym, running, and even boxing.

But he did it all by himself, without the aid of a trainer. The procedure was doomed before it even began.
Despite being worn out and drained, Ranganathan was not ready to give up. When he was seeking alternatives, he discovered “Spin Bike.”
He invested since it was pricey but had many advantages. The comedian gave intermittent fasting a shot as well.
He did this by choosing eight hours of the day during which he could eat and then fasting for the remaining sixteen hours while only consuming zero-calorie beverages like water and black coffee. But his eating regimen was badly disrupted by his tour schedule.
