Darryl passed just after noon at Vancouver General Hospital; according to his family, They also beg for our prayers and thoughts as they are now suffering the loss of Darryl.

His family revealed that his writing focuses on the observations and challenges he encounters due to living with his fading eyesight.
Darryl Lenox, the comedian, has had visual problems all of his life, and for a while, his comedy career also had its ups and downs.
But later, he gained a new understanding following a bar fight that almost cost him his sight.
Also, in 2013, Darryl admitted to the viewers of Conan O’Brien’s national television show that he genuinely believed that if the procedure to preserve his remaining vision went wrong, he would commit suicide.
