On September 6, 2022, Emma Linek’s missing situation was reported in Twinsburg, Ohio.

The police had requested the public’s assistance in finding the 17-year-old girl, who was considered endangered.

Emma Linek was last seen at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport wearing a black crop top, red and white plaid pants, boots, a black scarf, and a black zip-up hoodie.

The authorities mentioned that Emma Linek could be in Atlanta, GA or Cleveland.

The Twinsburg police had urged anyone with information regarding Emma’s whereabouts to contact them at 330-963-6220.

Is Emma Hopkins Found Yet?

Emma has been found safely, as confirmed by the Twinsburg City School District on September 12, 2022.

After being last seen leaving Atlanta International Airport on September 6, Emma was found thanks to the help of a lady who recognized her from the news.

The lady found Emma in a park and promptly took her to the police station. Emma’s mother, Eleanor, received a phone call with the news and expressed her relief to Kevin Freeman from FOX 8.

Previously, Emma had missed her scheduled direct flight to Boston, where she was returning to her therapeutic boarding school.

The airline rebooked her on a different flight with a connection in Atlanta.

The FBI held a press conference during which they disclosed that Emma, also known as Zari, was last seen leaving an airport parking lot with a man, but she was not found with him.

However, the man was later cleared by the police.

Emma’s safe recovery was credited to the goodwill of others, according to Twinsburg schools superintendent Kathi Powers.

Eleanor’s husband was with Emma in Atlanta, and they eagerly looked forward to reuniting with her.

The FBI had classified Emma as endangered due to her autism and the fact that she had not taken her medication since Tuesday.

Relieved and excited, Eleanor mentioned that she had been able to talk to Emma and that they would be seeing her soon.
