After she was born in 1989 in the community of Bizana in the Eastern Cape, her mother raised her in Port Edward, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.
She has repeatedly said that she dreamed of becoming a doctor and that her dream has been realized. She received her education as follows: first, she attended Port Edward Primary School, then she attended Port Shepstone High School until she graduated.
She subsequently started working on a Bachelor of Health Sciences (BHSc) in Biomedical Sciences. Additionally, she graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand with a Bachelor of Medicine and a Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB).
Dr. Nandipha’s personal life included her marriage to Mr. Vugo Magudumana. Not only that, but she also has the blessing of having two stunning children, Ayana and Aziza.

Magudumana’s private life is allegedly connected to Facebook rapist Thabo Bester, which has recently prompted a probe.
When a Fire started in Bester’s cell at the Mangaung Correctional Center in May 2022, he is said to have died while still in detention.
But two months after Bester was said to have died, Dr. Nandipha was seen shopping at the Sandton City Woolworths with a person who appeared to be Bester. In the viral photos, Bester was pictured holding a little girl resembling Dr. Nandipha’s daughter.
She was terminated because of her relationship with Bester Dr. Nandipha’s brother, Nkosinathi Sekeleni. Furthermore, it is alleged that Dr. Nandipha used her Company, Optimum Medical Solutions, to conceal Bester’s funds.
