Dawood Ibrahim is still alive and is said to be living in Pakistan, despite being wanted by Indian authorities on numerous charges, including terrorism, extortion, and drug trafficking.

Recent reports suggest he underwent surgery to amputate his gangrene-affected toes in a Karachi hospital.

In December, he threw a lavish birthday party at his palatial house in Defence Colony.

Despite being on Forbes’ The World’s 10 Most Wanted list, attempts to locate him have been unsuccessful as he frequently changes his location.

He moves from one place to another to avoid arrest by Indian law enforcement agencies.

Furthermore, it is believed that his daughter’s marriage to the son of former Pakistani cricketer Javed Miandad may have increased his “invisible presence” in Pakistan, given the significant connections and influence of the Miandad family in the country.

His criminal activities and influence have significantly impacted Mumbai’s underworld, and he is considered one of India’s most wanted criminals.

Death Hoax Resurfaced: Dawood

Dawood Ibrahim, the notorious Indian underworld don, has been the subject of several death hoaxes in recent years.

In June 2020, it was widely reported that he had succumbed to COVID-19, only for the reports to be debunked as false.

This was not the first time that Dawood was declared dead.

In 2016, reports claimed he was critically ill; in 2017, he reportedly suffered a heart attack.

However, both of these reports were later revealed to be untrue.

Despite being a fugitive from Indian authorities and wanted on numerous charges, Dawood has managed to evade capture and remain at large for several years.

His frequent location changes and reclusiveness have led to speculation and rumors about his whereabouts, health, and survival.

Nevertheless, Dawood Ibrahim remains a controversial figure and a significant player in Mumbai’s underworld.

Meet The Family Of Dawood Ibrahim

Dawood Ibrahim’s family background is relatively well-known.

He was born into a Muslim family in Khed, Maharashtra, India, in 1955.

His father, Ibrahim Kaskar, worked as a head constable with the Mumbai Police, while his mother, Amina Bi, was a homemaker.

Dawood grew up in the Zadgaon area of Dongri and attended Ahmed Sailor High School but left before completing his education.

Dawood Ibrahim’s family members have made headlines over the years due to their high-profile marriages and connections to notable figures.

His daughter Mahrukh Ibrahim married Junaid Miandad, the son of Pakistani cricketer Javed Miandad, in 2006.

Additionally, his son Moin married Saniya, the daughter of a London-based businessman, in 2011.

Despite Dawood Ibrahim’s reputation as a controversial figure, his family members, including his brother Iqbal, continue to live in Mumbai.

Their lives have been affected by the media attention surrounding Dawood’s criminal activities, and some family members have had to deal with the fallout of his actions.
