In the 2000s, Feltz presented a mid-afternoon radio show on BBC London 94.9 and made regular appearances on five’s The Wright Stuff, The Weakest Link, Russian Roulette and A Restaurant in Our Living Room.

In 2010, she returned to the Big Brother house on Ultimate Big Brother and in 2011, she took over the BBC Radio 2 Early Breakfast Show while also hosting her own TV show on Channel 5.

According to the BBC Annual Report, in July 2019, Feltz was one of the ten highest-paid BBC presenters, with a salary of £355,000.
