Okello Engola is the Minister of State for the Defence of Uganda, and his family is Ugandanian.

UPDF soldier Shot Okello Engolo To Death
UPDF soldier shot Engola to death early this morning, and the late minister’s wife and family are mourning their family’s loss.
Tributes ad condolences have been pouring down Twitter and other social sites recently.
The Minister’s shooter killed himself, and the media has yet to uncover further details of the shooter’s family.
Police confirmed the death of State Minister for Labour Col Charles Engolo, who his bodyguard shot on Tuesday morning.
According to reports, the UPDF bodyguard went on a shooting spree while voicing his frustrations at the minister’s residence in Kyanja.
The bodyguard targeted the minister as he left the house for work. In the following scuffle, he shot two of his fellow UPDF guards, who were critically injured.
The armed UPDF guard who shot the minister as he boarded his government car to go to work eventually turned the gun on himself.
The case is currently being investigated by Ugandan police and we’ll let you know as soon as its news gets public.
