Tiffany Nicole Starks Foster, a 35-year-old mother of three, went missing on March 1, 2021, in Newnan, Georgia.

She was last seen leaving her apartment to run errands and never returned home.

Tiffany was a security guard at Hello Fresh and was studying criminal justice at Georgia Military College with aspirations to work in law enforcement.

Her fiancé, Reginald Robertson, reported her missing when she failed to show up for college classes and work.

Tiffany’s vehicle was later discovered abandoned in College Park, about thirty miles from her residence, with her personal belongings inside but her cell phone missing.

Investigation revealed that Tiffany’s phone was last active in a location north of Amlajack Boulevard in White Oak, Georgia.

Reginald Robertson,  arrested for stealing Tiffany’s car after her disappearance, was arrested on charges of kidnapping and aggravated assault for a previous domestic violence incident involving Tiffany.

He is currently held without bond in the Coweta County Jail. Despite efforts, Tiffany Foster’s whereabouts remain unknown, and the case remains unsolved.
