Krasimir Kamenov Murder: Interpol Bulgarian Wanted Shot Dead In Cape Town Africa

According to South African Police, four people allegedly of “Bulgarian origin” were shot and killed Thursday in a posh Cape Town area.

According to judicial and official sources in Sofia, one of the victims was Krasimir Kamenov, a criminal wanted by Interpol.

It’s thought that the victims are of Bulgarian descent. The killings cause is yet unknown. An inquiry has been started.

Krasimir Kamenov, a high-flying criminal who belonged to the elite of Bulgarian organized crime following the collapse of communism in this Balkan nation, is reportedly one among the victims, according to judicial and official sources in Sofia.

Bulgarian Interpol Wanted Krasimir Kamenov Murder

According to accounts, Krassimir Kamenov-Kuro and his wife were assassinated in Cape Town.

At their South African residence, they were shot to death. There were apparently two other fatalities, whose names are currently being determined.

It was also reported to the local Police. According to the news report, two ladies and two men’s bodies with gunshot wounds were discovered around 8:20 this morning in Constance, Cape Town.

The reason for the murder is still being investigated. On the site, investigators are hard at work. The case has been given to detectives from the Serious and Violent Crime Unit.

The Sofia City Prosecutor’s Office has accused Kamenov in absentia of planning the murder of Lyubomir Ivanov, a former official from the Ministry of Interior who was ostentatiously shot dead in Sofia in early 2022.

Kamenov was listed as sought on a red Interpol alert at the end of April.

According to judicial and government sources in Sofia, one of the dead was thought to be Krasimir Kamenov, a prominent member of Bulgaria’s organized crime. However, Police did not name the victims.

Two women and two men, all between the ages of 40 and 50, were found shot to death in the morning in Constantia, a wealthy suburb of the South African port city, according to a statement from the Police.

“The motive for the multiple murders is yet to be determined,” Police stated, adding that an investigation has been launched.

The murders of four people in Cape Town who were reportedly Bulgarian citizens were reported to the embassy of Bulgaria in South Africa, according to the Ministry of foreign affairs.

The competent authorities in the accreditation countries have not yet provided any official information.

The Bulgarian foreign mission is requesting official information from the local authorities and will convey it as soon as it is received to the appropriate Bulgarian authorities.

Soon after, two guys were apprehended: the physical culprit and his accomplice.

In Lozenets, Krasimir Kamenov-Kuro was charged with ordering the murder of the former policeman.

Police entered homes and warehouses connected to the entrepreneur known as Kuro at the end of the year.

And in March 2023, it was revealed that the prosecutor’s office had accused him of ordering the murder of the former Police officer.
