Cosmo DiNardo Sister Bella DiNardo Brother And Siblings Information

Cosmo DiNardo Sister Bella DiNardo has piqued the interest of people. In state prison, DiNardo is currently serving four consecutive life terms.

In 2017, a prominent criminal case involving Cosmo DiNardo occurred in Pennsylvania in the United States. On November 14, 1996, he was born in Bensalem, Pennsylvania.

Dean Finocchiaro, Mark Sturgis, Tom Meo, and Jimi Taro Patrick were the four young men accused of being killed by Cosmo DiNardo and his cousin, Sean Kratz.

The victims vanished in July 2017, and their remains were eventually found in Pennsylvania’s Solebury Township on a farm owned by DiNardo’s family.

DiNardo gave information about the murders and his participation in them to law enforcement officials. His confession claims that he shot or ran over each of the four men with a backhoe to murder them.

He then tried to hide the evidence by burning their bodies in a homemade pig roaster.

DiNardo bargained with the prosecution for a plea arrangement in exchange for his confession. He gave his permission to plead guilty to four counts of first-degree murder, conspiracies, robbery, and maltreatment of a body.

He received four consecutive life sentences without the possibility of release in exchange for being spared the death penalty.

Bella Dinardo is Cosmo Dinardo’s sister. She attended Pennsylvania’s, Archbishop Ryan High School.

There is no other information regarding his sister other than these. Probably, his sister would rather keep her seclusion and hasn’t received much public attention.

Sean Kratz, Cosmo’s cousin, was involved in the killings and received the appropriate punishment even though she is innocent and not a Party to the crime.

The disappearance and death of four younger boys marked the beginning of Cosmo’s journey.

Before developing a mental condition, the story’s protagonist was an Arcadia University scholar who aspired to become an orthodontist.

As his mental illness progressed, he was diagnosed with a depressive disorder in 2015, and after an ATV accident on the family property, his condition significantly deteriorated.

Cosmo has kept his brother’s identity a secret. Due to the lack of information, we assume he only has a sister. But he and his cousin committed a crime together.

According to the prosecution, Kratz, 22, of Northeast Philadelphia, assisted his cousin Cosmo DiNardo, 22, in killing three of the four young men in 2017.

During the investigation, Sean Kratz first gave law enforcement a statement denying his involvement. He did, however, admit to being involved in three of the murders later on in the investigation.

He admitted that he witnessed Cosmo DiNardo kill the three victims in person and helped with the cover-up.

Similar to Cosmo DiNardo, Sean Kratz was charged with multiple charges of first-degree murder, conspiracy, robbery, and mistreatment of a corpse.

In contrast to DiNardo, Kratz did not attempt to reach a plea bargain and instead chose to go to trial.

After being convicted guilty of first-degree murder and other offenses, he was given a life sentence with no chance of parole in 2019.

Cosmo DiNardo’s Parents Explored

The mother and Father of Cosmo DiNardo are Sandra DiNardo and Antonio DiNardo. On January 21, 1997, he was born in Bensalem, Pennsylvania, in the United States.

A judge decided that Cosmo DiNardo’s parents could be sued in 2020.

One of the plaintiffs’ attorneys announced the lawsuit’s filing in 2018 by claiming DiNardo’s parents gave him access to a “playland for illegal acts.”

According to the Associated Press, the court determined Cosmo’s parents can be held liable for their son’s 2017 killing of four individuals.

DiNardo’s parents were sued by the family members of the victims who claimed that since they were aware of his mental health issues, they should have stopped him from having access to firearms, ATVs, and construction machinery.

The judge rejected a request to dismiss the lawsuit.
